About the project

ICCM-MET aims to develop and implement inclusive mechanisms that strengthen employees’ active involvement in anticipating and managing changes within multinational companies in the metal sector. The project focuses on supporting a smooth and successful twin transition—digital and green—by helping companies prevent and resolve potential disputes that may arise during restructuring processes.

It identifies workers’ current level of awareness, concerns, and expectations regarding the twin transition, and provides management teams with practical strategies and best practices to engage employees effectively in decision-making. Additionally, ICCM-MET seeks to raise awareness among metal sector workers about the positive impact of their participation and to address common misconceptions through targeted communication.
