Several companies participating in the national study have already begun implementing elements of the twin transition.

Examples include:

• installation of energy-efficient production equipment; 
• introduction of renewable energy sources such as solar power; 
• implementation of digital production monitoring systems; 
• use of automation to improve productivity; 
• optimization of supply chains through digital technologies; 
• redesign of products to increase material recycling and reduce waste. 

Companies also reported investing in employee training and involving workers in planning sustainability initiatives. Participants highlighted improvements in operational efficiency, lower energy consumption, higher product quality, and stronger market competitiveness as key benefits of these initiatives.
